Shaine joined Southland in 1993 and is an expert in the gaming industry with a focus that reaches far beyond daily business. In 2003, he accepted the challenge of designing and implementing the Video Lottery program in the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI).

John Humphrey
VP of Products & Services
John Humphrey, Director of Products and Services for SGVI, has served a key leadership role for this growing organization since 2002. He was recruited from the Airline Industry to join an SGVI affiliate company in 1998, and since that time he has become proficient in management of gaming equipment.

Jessica Elliott
Director of Marketing
Jessica Elliott is Director of Marketing for Southland Gaming of the Virgin Islands, Inc. In this capacity, she formulates, directs, and coordinates the marketing and design efforts of the company to promote its products and activities.
Raziuddin “Razi” Syed
Director of IT
Razi Uddin Syed is Director of IT for Southland Gaming of the Virgin Islands, Inc., and leads a team responsible for maintaining the company’s servers, performing high-level troubleshooting, installing and configuring software, creating databases, and managing group IT policy.
Jason Charles
Director of Public Relations
In 2019 Jason joined the team of Southland Gaming USVI, as a Marketing Executive and comes from a background of Economic Development. In 2007 Jason served as the Chief Application Investigator for the Economic Development Authority (EDA) under the former Governor John de Jongh Jr. administration.
Glenn Nelthropp
Entertainment Center Manager
Glenn joined our team in 2004 and is the manager for Bushwackers located on the cruise ship dock in Crown Bay, St. Thomas, USVI.

Entertainment Center General Manager
Derek is the general manager of the Parrot Club located in beautiful Cruz Bay. St. John, USVI.
