Gaming with Integrity
Company Overview
Business Model
As required, SGVI can procure and deploy Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) at approved local business locations that then complete thorough training programs designed and conducted by SGVI. Upon installation, all VLTs are enrolled by the regulator and connected to the certified Central Computer Monitoring System and the Central System management terminal (together, the “Central Monitoring System” or CMS) that is provided at no cost by SGVI. Net game revenue, which is the total revenue collected by a VLT less prizes paid out to players by that VLT, is divided by agreement between SGVI and its Government client, and the Retailers at which the VLTs are located. All funds due to the Government and SGVI (total net game revenue less Retailer commission) are reconciled electronically weekly, or as requested, with all video lottery revenue data visible in the CMS, which is monitored by both parties. The CMS is 100% accurate in accounting for all net game revenue and is transparent to the Government at all times through its Central System management terminal.
